Our second tribute album!!
Just to let all you Kinks fans out there know that after 7 months slaving over a hot desk, our second tribute album has been finished and mastered. The 19 tracks include all the later hits from the 70's, 80's and 90's such as Scattered, To the Bone, Rock and Roll Fantasy and other classics not included on our first album - Stop your Sobbing, Autumn Alamanac, Mr.Pleasant. Due for imminent release on all download sites. CD sleeved copies will take a little while longer. We feel that this will possibly be the only Kinks tribute album that includes all the later hits (stateside). Enjoy.
DAVE DAVIES has been in communication with us and offered some very encouraging and flattering comments. We made him smile all day. How do you get that sound in "YOU REALLY GOT ME" ?. Only the legend himself can divulge. Another reason to come and see THE KINX in action.

The C.D. "The United Kinxdom" is currently in production and will be available by mail order shortly.
Mick Avory, the original drummer with THE KINKS (and incidently the first Rolling Stones drummer) has sent Ian (our drummer) a set of autographed drum sticks. He will be using them when we play in the hope that it will give him an even more accurate Kinks sound!!!!.
